DELIVERY POLICY

Sometimes flower substitutions are necessary due to temporary availability issues. If this happens, our florists will maintain the style of your arrangement and use only fresh flowers of equal or higher value. While we try to accommodate specific delivery times, we cannot guarantee them.

You are responsible for providing complete and correct recipient information. We won't refund orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information (including door codes) provided by you.

During extreme weather, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. If we can't deliver your order, it will be delivered as soon as possible.

We cannot cancel or change orders already delivered or en route. For other orders, call our shop directly to request changes. We cannot accept cancellation or change requests by email.

If you're unhappy with our service or flowers, please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will only be used to fill your order and won't be sold or redistributed.

However, we may need to disclose information to the government under certain circumstances, or communications might be intercepted by third parties. We can disclose information about you to law enforcement as we deem necessary regarding fraud investigations or other potentially illegal activities.
